VOGEL RETURNS TO INX INTERNATIONAL

Schaumburg, IL – January 12, 2010 — INX International Ink Co. today announced that John Vogel has rejoined the company as Corporate Account Manager. The industry veteran spent six years with INX from 1993-1999 as Vice President of the corrugated and envelope ink division. He is currently based in Cary, North Carolina.

Vogel has been a member of the Envelope Manufacturers Association (EMA) since 1987. He was successful in introducing the liquid dispensing program to the association – which changed how the industry purchased ink - during his first stint with INX and was instrumental in helping install 40 dispensers. Vogel originally left INX to accept a Vice President position at Flint Ink and stayed until moving to Sun Chemical in 2002, where he most recently served in a dual role as District Sales Manager and Key Account Manager.

Previously at INX, Vogel was instrumental in achieving sales growth for corrugated, envelope and label inks. Besides redirecting sales efforts, he helped initiate new marketing strategies and reorganized manufacturing while creating INXVelope, which became the top selling product line for the envelope industry. Working with the corrugated team he extended the dispensing technology into that market.

In his new role at INX, Vogel will continue to be a force with the EMA. He currently serves on the Meetings & Content committee, as well as the Management and Technical Programs and Processes committee, and also contributes various “INK Spot” articles. Vogel also is a member of FTA and TLMI.

“I’m happy to welcome John back to our company. He brings an extensive amount of knowledge to the table and has achieved so many things in his career,” said Rick Clendenning, President and CEO of INX International Ink Co. “I look forward to having him strengthen our company as a Corporate Account Manager.”

“It doesn’t happen often where someone is welcomed home again, but that’s the opportunity I have in front of me,” Vogel said. “I first began working with corporate accounts before I left INX and I think my experience will be more beneficial now.”

INX International Ink Co. is the third largest producer of inks in North America with over 30 facilities in the U.S. and Canada, and is a global supplier as part of Sakata INX worldwide operations.
