GMG extends availability of color management and proofing product line throughout Canada and the Western US.
Hingham, MA USA (March 4, 2010) - GMG Americas, the US office of Germany-based GMG GmbH & Co. KG, developer and supplier of high-end color management and proofing solutions, announces that it has expanded its reseller network in North America with the addition of Coast Paper in Canada and Spicers US in the western United States--both part of PaperlinX, the world's leading international fine paper distributor -- through GMG's distributor, Sonor Graphics, Inc.
Headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, Coast Paper has offices in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. Close working relationships with leading graphics equipment manufacturers, software developers and print customers ensures Coast Paper remains current on systems and consumables. Spicers US has over 400 employees, serving the commercial print community in nearly all major markets west of the Rockies and in selected markets in the Midwest serving thousands of customers every day. Both companies will work through Sonor Graphics, Inc., a Quebec, Canada-based distributor. Earlier this year, Sonor began distributing the entire portfolio of GMG color management and proofing solutions, including software and media, throughout Canada. Sonor serves commercial printing, digital printing and package printing customers via its network of regional and national authorized graphic arts resellers.
