Held June 7th to 9th in Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara
Mexico City, DF June 18, 2010… According to ZOLPLASTIC President, Tere Almaraz, 250 attended the 2010 Converting Solutions Seminar Series in Mexico between June 7th and 9th at venues in Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara.
According to Ms Almaraz: “…This year’s seminars focused on new process improvement and process control technologies enabling a printer converter to achieve measurable and sustainable improvements with little investment. Five companies covered such topics as web inspection, press component cleaning and maintenance; metering blades, press upgrades, advances in color management based on new anilox and ink management technology.”
Seminar presenters were: John Thome for BST PRO-MARK, Mike Potter for FLEXO WASH, Joe Almeida for FLXON INC, Juan Bermudez for HARPER CORP, and Israel Mendoza for NAZDAR.
Attendee feedback includes: ”…The content of this one day seminar is exactly what I was looking for. What I learned will enable us to lower our production waste and increase press speeds. The presenters were excellent! Next time we will include more pressroom personnel.”
